Fiesinger is a seasoned executive with extensive experience overseeing finance for high-growth companies. He most recently served as Vice President of Finance at SolArc, Inc. during its successful growth and acquisition by OpenLink. Prior to SolArc, he worked with EquaTerra (News - Alert), Inc., managing various capital and M&A transactions while doubling worldwide revenues. Hall comes to DiCentral with more than 25 years of experience in HR and technology. During his time t Marriott International and GXS/OpenText, he designed a global human resources strategic roadmap to encompass employee engagement, talent acquisition, talent management, executive and management compensation, employee benefits, wellness programs, and performance development initiatives. As Executive Vice President of Human Resources, he will be responsible for developing DiCentral's strategic HR blueprint for talent management, organization capability, HR systems management and strengthening employee engagement.
