DCT Telecom Group Gains Experience of Telecommunications Veterans

Larry Kuschmeider joins DCT's Project Management Office (PMO) as a PMO Consultant.  Mr. Kuschmeider is responsible for executing DCT's systematic project management approach to ensure successful deployments for all customers.  In this role he will work closely with internal engineering resources to facilitate the proper configuration, testing and activation of DCT's customized cloud, data and VoIP solutions, deliver comprehensive training, and provide on-going end-user technical support.  Mr. Kuschmeider's career spans 32 years, with an extensive background in information technology and telecommunications.  With his process improvement focus and expertise managing large scale VoIP migrations for enterprise organizations, he will be instrumental in providing our customers a seamless experience from contract through installation.

Also joining DCT's PMO is Kat Thomas.  As Project Coordinator Ms. Thomas will facilitate the installation of customized DCT solutions.  Working closely with external and internal resources, she will be responsible for executing all stages of the implementation process including order entry, testing, activation and post-installation support.  Ms. Thomas joins DCT with over 20 years of business leadership. She has a strong entrepreneurial background and extnsive project management experience with a large international telecommunications provider spanning both pre- and post-sale activities.  Her industry experience and results-oriented approach will enable her to collaborate effectively with both customers and vendors to ensure our customers are supported before, during and after project execution.  Ms. Thomas is a graduate of Kent State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Management.



Mary Setny and Justin Goodpaster join DCT as Account Service Representatives.  Working closely with sales leadership, Ms. Setny and Mr. Goodpaster will be instrumental in fulfilling DCT's unique approach to proactive account management by interacting with customers on all administrative aspects of their account, as well as working to identify and facilitate on-going process and cost improvements.  Ms. Setny has over 20 years of experience working in the telecommunications industry in marketing, promotions and sales coordination roles.  The combination of her industry knowledge, complex project management experience and ability to collaborate effectively throughout all levels of an organization will enable her to contribute successfully to DCT's goal of providing superior customized solutions for our customers.  She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Western Michigan University.  Mr. Goodpaster has over 7 years of experience in technical sales and account management roles, most recently for a leading telecommunications provider. By leveraging his solution focused approach and experience working with large scale enterprise organizations, he will be instrumental in supporting the business goals of our clients by deploying the most current technology in their daily operations.  Mr. Goodpaster is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Language.
