ARServices Expands Senior Leadership Team to Support Continued Growth


ARServices, a leading management and technology consulting provider for the federal government and defense sectors, has added Kevin Stenstrom and Donnelle Moten to the company's senior leadership team.

The addition of Mr. Stenstrom and Mr. Moten will support the company as it continues its impressive growth and further commits to its core services, which are:

  • Business Transformation and Human Capital Management Services

This unprecedented growth resulted in ARServices doubling its office space in its Alexandria, VA Corporate Headquarters in 2016 to accommodate necessary additions to the team, which included both Mr. Moten and Mr. Stenstrom.

Mr. Stenstrom joins ARServices as Director of Business Development. In this position, Mr. Stenstrom will be responsible for the development and expansion of the compny's business profile within the Department of Defense and federal civilian marketplaces.



Prior to joining ARServices, Mr. Stenstrom was Senior Director of Business Development and Strategic Planning at ASRC Federal Holding Co., where he served as the key architect of the company's go-to-market plans. During his tenure, his efforts supported the growth of ASRC Federal's business to more than $800 million in revenue and helped increase the company's new business win rate to 89 percent.

Mr. Stenstrom is a retired U.S. Naval aviator with over 3000 hours in the P-3C aircraft. During his military career, he also served as a Strategic Planner in the Navy International Programs Office, and as Branch Chief for Communications Interoperability within the Pacific Command's Communications Systems (News - Alert) Directorate.


Mr. Moten joins the ARServices as the Operations Director for Business Transformation Services. In this position, he will be responsible for providing project management oversight and human capital management services to ARServices' contract roster. He will also be responsible for expanding ARServices' federal management consulting and human capital management support business footprints across the federal government.

Prior to joining ARServices, Mr. Moten served as Vice President of Operations at Technology and Supply Management (TaSM) and prior to that, he was the President of the Federal Group and Senior Vice President of the Engineering & Logistics Directorate at VSE Corporation.
