The ADT Corporation Announces Quarterly Dividend

The ADT Corporation (NYSE:ADT) today announced its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid on August 20, 2014 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on July 30, 2014.
