Capella University Graduate and Faculty Member Joanni Sailor Named Vice Chair of the Oklahoma State Board of Behavioral Health Licensure

Dr. Joanni Sailor, a PhD graduate and faculty member of Capella University (http://www.capella.edu), has been named Vice Chair of the Oklahoma State Board of Behavioral Health Licensure. The State Board of Behavioral Health Licensure is a composite body overseeing the licensure of marital and family therapists, professional counselors and behavioral practitioners. Sailor was appointed by the Commissioner of Health, Dr. Terry Cline, to serve on the five member Executive Transition Team. Sailor has been elected Vice Chair of the board by the members. Prior to her appointment, Sailor served on the Oklahoma Licensed Marital and Family Therapists Advisory Board for five years.
