Kim excels in providing winning strategic leadership and vision, enabling her to drive positive change and deliver outstanding value for her clients. With over 25 years of experience, Kim is an accomplished healthcare professional with hands-on experience in a variety of disciplines, including clinical, operations, OR management, and business development.

Kim's experience enables her to expertly decipher the complex, evolving and dynamic competitive landscape of healthcare. She uses this insight to identify business opportunities, incorporating them into the client's annual business planning process. Specifically, Kim possesses expertise in market development, internal and external executive sales, and state, local, and federal healthcare standards and guidelines. Her talents include understanding strategic initiatives and aligning solutions to meet client needs, growth with emphasis on margin management, multiple business unit management, implementations, assembling teams to deliver results and value added program expansion. She developed and executed the sales strategy for high-profile health systems and managed complex relationships with internal and external C-suite leaders and stakeholders. Prior, Kim was Vice President at another Fortune 20 healthcare corporation, where she developed and launched a value-added medication assistance program with various delivery models across 50 hospitals. Additionally, Kim worked in OR management for many years.


Kim received her MBA from Loyola University in Chicago, IL and her BA in Biology and Business from Indiana University (News - Alert) in Bloomington, IN. She is a registered nurse specializing in OR management, and a member of ACHE, CHEF, and HBA.
