Croatian software company IN2 buys Serbian peer Actavia [IntelliNews - Weekly Reports]

(IntelliNews - Weekly Reports Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Croatian software company IN2 said it has bought its Serbian peer Actavia, which will be renamed to IN2 Dynamics.

The investment represents an expansion of IN2's business on the Serbian market, where the Croatian firm has already been present for seven years via the IN2 Beograd company. At the same time, the acquisition marks the start of IN2's ambitious 2014 investment cycle, the company said on its website.

IN2 group's revenues rose 14% to HRK 167mn (EUR 21.9mn) in 2013. The company's investments last year increased 25% to HRK 10mn. They went to software, development of new products, infrastructure and new technology.  Zagreb-based IN2 currently employs 456.
