Rethink Makes O'Sullivan Permanent, Appoints New Chief Financial Officer(Alliance News Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) LONDON (Alliance News) - Rethink Group PLC Monday said John O'Sullivan has become its permanent chairman, having previously held the role of non-executive chairman on an interim basis, while Ben Felton has been appointed as chief financial officer with immediate effect. Prior to joining Rethink, Felton was the chief financial officer at Norman Broadbent PLC, an executive search group headquartered in London. In his five years at that company, he led the finance team, developed internal systems and controls to monitor and manage risks within the business and supported the implementation of the group's corporate strategy, Rethink said. "Ben is familiar with the public markets and has a high level of experience particularly within the recruitment sector. This appointment strengthens the management team at a time when Rethink is executing on its refreshed growth strategy," Steve Wright, chief executive, said in a statement.
