Costing more than Pounds 16 million to build, this 20-acre scheme in Carbis Bay combines the freedom of self-catering with the standards and service of a destination hotel.

The resort will have 120 holiday homes centred round a leisure building that includes indoor swimming pool, spa, gym, restaurant and bar.

Called Una St Ives, properties are available to buy off plan, with Phase One set to be complete in August 2014.

A guaranteed return of 6% net per annum for two years, against the purchase price, is being offered. This, coupled with the draw of St Ives and its exciting blend of picture-perfect beaches, leading restaurants and a worldfamous art scene, makes Una St Ives an enticing proposition. Priced between Pounds 160,000 and Pounds 450,000, the properties at Una St Ives come with highlyexperienced on-site management, handling everything from marketing and promotion to bookings and housekeeping.

Una St Ives is being marketed by Chartsedge, an independent estate agency formed specifically to market and sell property in the South West to buyers from throughout the UK looking to purchase a holiday home.

The company was created by Miles Kevin MRICS and Gail Streatfeild in 2011, both formerly partners at Knight Frank Exeter, and has currently more than 200 properties on its books.
