Freeman Acquires Audio Visual Management Group [Health & Beauty Close - Up]


(Health & Beauty Close - Up Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) The Freeman Company (Freeman) and the Audio Visual Management Group (AVMG) announced that Freeman, a global partner for integrated marketing solutions for live engagements, will acquire AVMG, an audio visual solutions provider for association trade shows, business meetings, and special events based in Richardson, Texas.



AVMG will join other leading Freeman brands such as Encore Event Technologies, Stage Rigging and Alford Media, as part of Freeman Audio Visual.

According to a release, this acquisition will enhance the solutions available to both organizations' customers. AVMG possesses insight and capabilities for industry-specific educational and business meetings such as its work in the medical events space. Freeman complements those capabilities by offering a broader suite of solutions and resources, scalability and on-the-ground support.

Both companies chose to not disclose financial information related to this asset acquisition. The deal is expected to close in the coming week.
