House Subcommittee Hears Testimony on Wasted Taxpayer Dollars in Modernizing Border Security

Testifying at the subcommittee were David Powner, Government Accountability Office director of Information Technology Management Issues; Charles Armstrong, assistant commissioner of the Department of Homeland Security's Office of Information and Technology; and Thomas Michelli, chief information officer of the Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
