On July 26, 2012-just three days after affirming its prior guidance-Quality Systems announced that its earnings per share had precipitously declined; as a result of this decline, the Company announced it was retracting its guidance. If you suffered a loss in Quality Systems you have until January 21, 2014 to request that the court appoint you as lead plaintiff.
