Keane Unclaimed Property Hires Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Keane (News - Alert), the leading provider of unclaimed property consulting, unclaimed property reporting, and customized communication services, today announced Lisa Montelbano has joined their National Consulting & Advisory Services Group as a Manager.

Ms. Montelbano brings a deep and unique background in the securities industry coupled with several years of unclaimed property consulting experience. A regulatory compliance specialist, Lisa hasalso led and contributed to numerous projects that have ensured compliance through the implementation of policies and procedures pertaining to Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance, FINRA regulations, internal audits, and financial reporting. Collectively Lisa's background and experience will prove to serve as a powerful resource for Keane's clients.

Prior to joining Keane, Montelbano served as the Vice President of Operations Control and Regulatory Reporting at Credit Suisse. In her role as Vice President, Montelbano collaborated with the Global Operations Control and Regulatory senior management teams to coordinate Operations Risk Control Self Assessments. Additionally, Montelbano served as an unclaimed property consultant with a Big 4 Accounting Firm; providing client consulting support relating to all aspects of unclaimed property compliance.

Montelbano received a dual Master of Business Administration for Finance and Information and Communication Systems from Fordham University and holds a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Scranton.
