Adviser to Prime Minister of India to Speak at Esri International User Conference

During his tenure as Adviser to Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi in the mid-1980s, Pitroda led six technology missions covering telecommunications, water, literacy, immunization, dairy production, and oil seeds.
