NEW YORK --(Business Wire)--

Global professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal announced that Art Ehuan, Christopher Ideker, and Charles Diamond have joined the firm's Global Forensic and Dispute Services practice (GFD) as managing directors based in San Antonio, Atlanta and New York, respectively.

As a former supervisory special agent with the FBI assigned to Computer Crime Investigations Program, Mr. Ehuan brings more than 20 years of experience as a strategic information specialist, with expertise in information and data protection, privacy, risk management, advisory services, governance and Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) issues. He helped to formulate the policies and processes that regulate how FBI offices conduct computer crime investigations in the United States, and served as a special agent with the Air Force Office of Special Investigations where he conducted global investigations on cyber threats tha impacted Department of Defense and U.S. Air Force systems. Immediately prior to joining A&M, he was a co-founder of Forward Discovery Inc., an incident response and digital investigations firm providing services to government and corporate clients. In his new role, he will assist clients in identifying security vulnerabilities and advise them on the best technology solutions to maximize protection.



Mr. Ideker brings more than 25 years of experience providing accounting and financial guidance to attorneys and management, including numerous matters involving investigations by the SEC (News - Alert), DOJ and OIG-HHS. His primary areas of concentration are health care fraud, independent review organizations and monitorships, audit committee investigations, bribery, corruption and kickbacks. Before A&M, he spent 16 years with Big Four accounting firms, primarily in the forensics divisions. He also served as the corporate compliance officer for the nation's largest medical billing company. In his new role, he will advise clients on complex matters involving compliance, investigations and disputes.

Dr. Diamond specializes in the application of microeconomic theory and econometric methods to employment practices and damage calculations in employment disputes. He has prepared economic and statistical analyses for numerous Fortune 500 corporate clients facing class actions involving allegations of age, race and national origin discrimination in a wide variety of employment practices. He has been qualified as an expert in legal cases involving lost corporate profits and opportunities, employment practices, product liability and business interruption/delay claims, and has testified twice in litigation dealing with the appraisal and estimation of replacement costs associated with the September 11 collapse of the Twin (News - Alert) Towers and associated buildings. Prior to joining A&M, he was a managing director at FTI Consulting and a vice president at Analysis Group, Inc. In his new role, he will assist clients in employment and statistical-related matters, such as the preparation of pay equity studies in response to OFFCP glass ceiling audits.


Mr. Ehuan earned a master's of science degree in management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is a Certified Information System Security Professional and a Computer Forensic Certified Examiner. Mr. Ideker earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Tennessee, and is a certified public accountant, a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, an associate member of the ABA and a member of the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics. Dr. Diamond earned a doctorate degree in economics from Texas A&M University, a master's degree in economics and a bachelor's degree in political science from Clemson University.
