FAA acronyms mobile app makes debutFeb 14, 2013 (AIRLINE INDUSTRY INFORMATION via COMTEX) -- US-based aviation administration services provider North Star Group LLC said it has released a new mobile app that allows users to keep track of the often baffling acronyms used by US aviation regulator the Federal Aviation Administration. The free all is simply called FAA Acronyms Mobile App. NSG said it will debut the new app at the Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International's (AUVSI) Unmanned Systems Program Review. A special feature of the app's service allows users to submit FAA or aviation industry related acronyms to NSG, which can be added to the app's acronym list.
