Chris Davis has joined Burns Marketing as business development director.

As a marketing and sales leader with more than 12 years of experience -- six of them spent with brand strategy and identity firm Monigle Associates -- Davis specializes in building and maintaining close working relationships with clients. Throughout his career, he has helped create new business opportunities with Fortune 500 and financial companies such as American Express, BNY Mellon, Colonial Life, Ensco, Newmont and Century 21.

Maria Eisemann has joined Northern Colorado Clean Cities as a coalition co-coordinator.

She will share coordinator duties with existing coordinator, Sheble McConnellogue. Eisemann has been with NCC for the past year and a half. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Colorado State University and worked for seven years at the Environmental Protection Agency in Washington, D.C., in the Office of Compliance on air regulatory issues, rulemakings and voluntary compliance incentives. Before and after working at the EPA, she worked for the National Center for Vehicle Emissions Control and Safety at Colorado State University on the National Tampering Surveys, on Board Diagnostics research and outreach and helped to organize the annual National Mobile Sources Clean Air Conference.

Terry Dewey has joined Synergy Resources Corp. in Platteville to oversee the company's production activities.

Dewey has more than 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He was previously with Bill Barrett Corp., a leading independent oil and gas company, with operations in the Denver-Julesburg basin. In the last five years, Dewey served as Bill Barrett's production foreman. Prior to Bill Barrett, Dewey served in various capacities with Chevron/Texaco, Tom Brown and Weatherford ALS.

Michelle Gonzalez has successfully completed her designation as a certified property/casualty insurance licensee and will work as an agent with Front Range Insurance & Financial Services.

Gonzalez was required to put in 48 hours continuing education required study, as well as pass the state exam that thoroughly measures the candidates understanding of property and casualty insurance policies, practices and procedures, as well as state law and regulation regarding property and casualty insurance.

She has been a part of Front Range Insurance & Financial Services as an agency staff member. She will now begin to transition to her new role as a licensed insurance agent.

Melissa Whitten has been promoted to regional director of the Career Services Department for all area Institute of Business and Medical Careers campuses in Fort Collins, Greeley, Longmont and Cheyenne .

Whitten has more than seven years of customer service and professional career development experience. She has worked for IBMC as associate director of Career Services, externship coordinator and career services assistant for the last six years, and she worked at Lincoln College of Technology in Denver as the career services coordinator from 2006-2007. Rich Frommer, Jay Smith and Steve Stacy have been named as officers of the Great Western Oil and Gas Co., a producer in the Denver-Julesburg basin.

The three each have worked in the industry for more than 25 years. The former Samson Resources Co. executives joined Great Western after completion of the successful sale of Samson assets for $7.2 billion to KKR. Great Western is an affiliate of the Broe Group, which owns the Great Western Industrial Park in Windsor.

Frommer will lead Great Western as president and CEO. Most recently, Frommer was senior vice president in the Rocky Mountain division at Samson Resources. He managed an annual capital budget of $450 million and more than 200 employees in the Denver headquarters and four field offices. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in geology from New York State University and attendance at various executive programs through the SMU Cox School of Business.

Jay Smith, senior vice president engineering, has more than 28 years of engineering experience. He has worked with Conoco and Samson Resources Co. Most recently he managed a 25-person staff focused on the Powder River and Green River basins in Wyoming for Samson. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in petroleum engineering from the University of Oklahoma.

Steve Stacy, senior vice president, has more than 25 years of landman experience and has worked with Amoco and Samson. He has experience in multiple basins across the United States including Mid-Continent, East Texas, South Texas, the Anadarko basin, the Denver-Julesburg basin, Wyoming and the Williston basin. He earned his BBA degree in petroleum land management from the University of Oklahoma.

Teletech earns big contract TeleTech Holdings, Inc., a Denver-based call center with a center in Greeley, won a multi-year contract from Fairfax Media to develop and implement a comprehensive customer experience program. Fairfax Media is a multi-platform media company with operations in Australia and New Zealand, according to a release.

As part of the initiative, TeleTech will: --Implement multi-channel technology including video chat, voice, web, email and social platforms to enable Fairfax to connect with its customers anytime, anywhere, from any channel and across any device.

New cafe opens in west Greeley Mike and Linda Dollar have opened Twin Sisters Cafe in the former Quizno's location in the Hillcrest Shopping Center at 5750 10th St. in Greeley.
