Claro Chile selects Amdocs to consolidate B/OSSJan 31, 2013 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- Amdocs, a provider of customer experience systems and services, has announced that Claro Chile has selected Amdocs to consolidate its business and operational support systems, or B/OSS. By replacing multiple legacy systems with Amdocs customer experience systems solutions, Claro Chile will enable true service convergence across all of its quad-play lines of business mobile, landline, internet and cable TV while reducing total cost of systems ownership, the company said. Amdocs will deploy products for convergent charging, bill formatting, ordering, customer management, provisioning, activation, and its enterprise product catalog. Amdocs will also act as the project's prime systems integrator.
