DETAILS: Measuring, managing, and monitoring a company's culture is vital to the overall success of the organization. RoundPegg has defined a new culture management category and developed comprehensive analytics to help companies increase performance and productivity by measuring and maintaining culture. During this interactive workshop, Dr. Natalie Baumgartner, culture expert and RoundPegg founder, will join Tim Kuppler of The Culture Advantage to demonstrate how employers can better understand culture from the bottom up.

Research shows that companies with strong, well-aligned cultures are six times more successful than their competitors. The workshop will showcase ways companies can hire, develop and engage employees in alignment with organizational culture to boost performance and productivity, while limiting workplace differences. In addition, Dr.

Baumgartner and Kuppler will explore ways employers can improve the lives of leadership by saving time typically enveloped by personnel issues. Attendees will have the opportunity to work with the culture experts to determine how their organizations can include social technology to further simplify culture management processes.

The in-person workshop will include a full day interactive session focused on practical training and individual cultural challenges. The two-part interactive eWorkshop will offer similar training with a case study, video and best practice review before each session.

Attendees of both the Workshop and eWorkshop will receive a complimentary RoundPegg culture pilot.

Attendance is limited for both the Workshop and eWorkshop. HR professionals who wish to expand their understanding of company culture management and alignment are encouraged to register here.
