Starhill makes Perth playJan 28, 2013 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Starhill Global REIT has paid $A48m for the Plaza Arcade in Perth. The Singaporean group plans to redevelop the shopping centre and its surrounds, and it could attract companies such as Apple and Prada, which are seeking to open stores in Perth. Starhill also owns the David Jones Building, which is located next door to the Plaza Arcade.
