Titley, who has more than 20 years of experience in asset-based lending and business restructuring, will manage the valuation activities for the company in Europe. His responsibilities will include a growing team of professionals to support machinery, stock, and corporate valuations, while also providing management for quality control and client consultation. In addition to his role in Europe, Mr. Titley will also be assisting in long-range strategic and organizational planning for the Company's global appraisal business.
