Alstom Purchases ASAT Solutions Inc., a Canadian Substation Automation Solutions Provider(PR Web Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Calgary, Alberta (PRWEB) December 21, 2012 Alstom Grid today announced that it has closed the acquisition of ASAT Solutions Inc. (ASAT), a Calgary, Alberta, Canada based substation automation solutions provider. The Smart Substation technologies enable the electric utilities to be proactive with the information for improving the power system operation, efficiency and reliability.
