Altitude integrates uCI applications with Cisco Contact Center solutions


Dec 11, 2012 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- Altitude Software, a provider of contact center technology, has announced the availability of Altitude uCI applications integration with the latest Cisco Contact Center solutions, namely Cisco Unified Communications Manager 8.6 and Cisco UCC solutions.



The Altitude uCI customer interaction management suite enables contact centers to deploy applications and services that improve the capabilities, performance, and management of Cisco Contact Center solutions. A partner network, including integrators such as Spanlink, Wipro and Tata Consulting Services are working with Altitude Software and Cisco to deliver integrated solutions to contact centers worldwide.
