The stock closed yesterday at $36.20 on volume of 224,000 shares, below average daily volume of 238,000. There is potential upside of 20.6% for shares of Viasat based on a current price of $36.19 and an average consensus analyst price target of $43.64. The stock should find initial resistance at its 50-day moving average (MA) of $38.58 and further resistance at its 200-day MA of $41.90.



Viasat share prices have moved between a 52-week high of $49.80 and a 52-week low of $33.09 and closed yesterday at 9% above that low price at $36.19 per share. In the last five trading sessions, the 50-day moving average (MA) has climbed 0.2% while the 200-day MA has slid 0.3%.
