KorTerra, Inc. Introduces New KorWeb Editions Pricing and Product Packages

KorTerra, Inc., a nationwide damage prevention software and call before you dig center solutions company is proud to introduce three new KorWeb Edition options for its one call ticket management software, KorWeb. The new KorWeb Editions include KorWeb Basic, KorWeb Standard and KorWeb Advanced.

The introduction of KorWeb Editions comes on the heels of several new product roll outs. Because of the magnitude of each product, KorWeb Editions allow current and future users, which include pipeline companies, utility locators, municipalities and contract locators to streamline their packages and pricing.

"The new KorWeb Editions allow for us to meet specific customer needs based on their individual utility locating and ticket management processes," said KorTerra President, Chris Stendal. "Now, clients can incorporate one or several additional features through bundled packages."

Each KorWeb Edition is geared toward specific user tpes, with varying levels of information management and data processing requirements. KorWeb Editions have been created to meet the needs of any utility locating software user, from a small city to a large utility company.



KorWeb Basic users are those that have low ticket volumes and receive tickets in a small geographic area. KorWeb Standard customers have a medium to large amount of tickets which are sent to larger or multiple geographic areas. KorWeb Standard users will receive the same features and functionality which are included in KorWeb.

For those interested in advanced reporting and communications, the KorWeb Advanced option includes all the capabilities of KorWeb Standard and Basic, plus additional technological features. KorWeb Advanced will appeal to users who need to collect various damage prevention data for business intelligence purposes. Advanced reporting also allows management an in depth view of company operations, which may help in decision making, cutting costs and identifying areas of improvement.


For many current KorWeb users, this transition will not affect which products they use. However, for those who may be interested in using multiple additional products, such as the new mobile software, Mobile KorWeb, they may want to transition to KorWeb Advanced.
