1 Stop Maintenance Reviews & Prioritizes Vendors with New Vendor Relations Position
New York, NY, Aug 28, 2012 (PRWeb.com via COMTEX) -- 1 Stop Maintenance, an innovator in global facility maintenance services, promotes Andrew Fermin to the position of Vendor Relations Manager for the U.S. Market. In his new role based out of the New York office, Fermin will recruit and maintain day-to-day relations with the network of vendors.
"Andrew is a great fit for the job," said 1 Stop CEO Brett Finkelstein, who himself has been in facility maintenance since 1995. "Andrew has the knowledge and experience needed to understand, anticipate and mitigate the demands vendors face in the field. Our vendor program will benefit, moving the entire company forward in a positive way." Prior to joining 1 Stop, Fermin worked in a variety of positions managing staff and clients. Combined with his experience at 1 Stop as Project Manager, his extensive background in vendor relations will help him ease into the Vendor Relations position. The position was created to offer a better support system for the vendors who are the back bone of the company.
"I appreciate the opportunity to work for the 1 Stop team in this capacity and use my history with the company to not only build new vendor relationships, but to develop long lasting working relationships," Fermin said. "1 Stop uses an excellent client computer tracking system to streamline and enhance the customer experience. I want to help 1 Stop Maintenance review the flow of communication with each vendor so the important people servicing our clients are happy and experience a pleasant working relationship with 1 Stop Maintenance." 1 Stop Maintenance is a privately held facility maintenance company providing 24-hour service to any size client anywhere in the world. Specializing in offering a broad scope of services at low rates, 1 Stop eliminates the need to seek out a variety of service providers, making 1 Stop the only stop for maintenance needs.
