Vista Equity Partners Announces the Formation of Relias Learning, a New E-learning PlatformCary, NC, Aug 14, 2012 (PRWeb.com via COMTEX) -- Vista Equity Partners ("Vista"), a private equity firm with over $6.6 billion in committed capital, today announced that its e-learning platform will be known as Relias Learning ("Relias") to better reflect its position as the leading provider of verticalized, cloud-based e-learning solutions. Relias Learning will initially be formed by Essential Learning and Silverchair Learning Systems.
