The Nomination Committee of Elekta AB (publ) proposes that the Board of Directors consists of eight members. The Nomination Committee proposes the re-election of Akbar Seddigh, Hans Barella, Luciano Cattani, Laurent Leksell, Siaou-Sze Lien, Wolfgang Reim, Jan Secher and Birgitta Stymne Göransson as members of the Board. Furthermore, the Nomination Committee also proposes that Akbar Seddigh is re-appointed Chairman of the Board. The Nomination Committee proposes that PwC is elected as the Company's auditor, with Authorized Public Accountant Johan Engstam as auditor in charge.
