Commence Announces Enhanced Version of Cloud Based CRM


Jun 08, 2011 (Mass Media Distribution LLC via COMTEX) -- The new version of Commence CRM will include several features that are not available in competitive offerings such as Salesforce.com or Microsoft Dynamics. One of the new features is an automated business process that rates and color codes customer accounts based on a pre defined criteria such as the company size, the revenue they provide, whether there are cross selling or up-selling opportunities, the cost to deliver services to the customer and how profitable each account is to the business? Each account is then color coded based on the information entered providing the end user and management with a snapshot of their best and most profitable customers.



The Account and Contacts module will also now include an automated organizational chart that will display the key personnel, their name, title, email and who they report to. This provides the end user with access to the key people and the reporting structure within the account. The contacts are also integrated with Linked In, the popular social networking site providing the end user with additional and valuable information about each contact.

Additional enhancements have been made to the analytics reporting engine. The graphical analysis or charting feature now displays graphs in a three dimensional view and additional graphs have been added for sales reporting by team as well as individual. Enhancements have also been made to support newer mobile devices.
