TMC Accepting Applications for Top 50 Teleservices Agencies Rankings
Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC (News - Alert)) announced that its Customer Interaction Solutions magazine is now accepting applications for the 26th Annual Top 50 Teleservices Agencies Rankings. Customer Interaction Solutions has been the premier publication in the call center, CRM and teleservices industries since 1982.
Customer Interaction Solutions magazine's exclusive Top 50 Teleservices Agencies Rankings recognize the top 50 largest inbound and outbound teleservices agencies, both domestic and international, as well as interactive inbound, as measured by the amount of billable teleservices minutes they have completed during the past year.
"The Top 50 Teleservices Agencies ranking offers the industry the most impartial and reliable ranking of teleservices firms. It is truly the benchmark for choosing large, high-capacity teleservices agencies," said Erik Linask (News - Alert), group editorial director of Customer Interaction Solutions.
Submitting companies will be faced with stringent criteria set by the editors of Customer Interaction Solutions. Billable minutes are required to be verified by the editors for accuracy and reliability. In addition, each agency is required to submit a letter of verification from each of its telephone service providers certifying the number of minutes for which it billed the agency during the 12-month period from Nov. 1, 2009 to Oct. 31, 2010.

Last year's results for the Top 50 Teleservices Agencies Rankings Outbound results were published in the March 2010 issue of Customer Interaction Solutions magazine; the inbound and interactive inbound winners were featured in the April 2010 issue along with the global aggregate rankings.
