'AirSpeed buys Magnet spectrum to expand WiMAX network'Jul 20, 2010 (DMEUROPE via COMTEX) -- Irish wireless radio network operator AirSpeed Telecom has purchased licensed spectrum from Magnet Networks to help expand its WiMAX network coverage, reports SiliconRepublic.com. The expansion will target SME broadband customers and will expand AirSpeed's coverage in the main urban areas of Dublin, in addition to bring the WiMAX service to Galway, Limerick and Cork for the first time.
