Prime Time Communications Acquires Falcon Broadband

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., March 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Mark Wentzlaff, President and CEO of Prime Time Communications, LLC, of Englewood, Colorado has announced that the acquisition of Falcon Broadband, Inc has been completed. A letter of intent to merge Prime Time Communications and Falcon Broadband was signed in April of 2008, with the two companies cooperatively working together through a management services agreement over the last 10 months. This merger brings Prime Time Communications, an industry leader in fiber-to-the-home internet protocol triple-play services and Falcon Broadband a Colorado Springs-based service provider, together delivering industry leading, cutting edge technology and services to local residents.
