In a response to the rapidly rising demand for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) spurred on by a faltering economy and business desires to streamline costs, Customer Connect Associates has launched a new Web site dedicated to publishing recorded demonstrations of Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics CRM 4.0.

The new site, located at, features prerecorded demos of the popular CRM tool for individuals who are interested in a “self-serve” presentation of the software, according to Geoff Ables, CEO of Customer Connect.

“We’ve had such a tremendous upsurge in requests for demos that we just can’t accommodate all of them,” said Ables.
CRM is the processes used to track and organize company contacts with current and prospective customers. CRM software is used to support these processes; information about customers and customer interactions can be entered, stored and accessed by employees in different company departments. The idea is to improve services to customers and to use customer contact information for targeted marketing.
“The demand for training on CRM software is just unprecedented.  We want to be able to help and serve everybody, which this Web site will help us to do,” said Ables.
For its part, Customer Connect Associates helps companies get customers faster and keep them longer by using their unique LUCK process for creating more profitable relationships, according to Ables.
Ables said individuals who view these demonstrations and are interested in more tailored instruction can register for Customer Connect’s monthly “Success Accelerators” webinars at  These highly successful webinars are themed differently every month, and are offered at no charge.
