Zoho Named Finalist in 2007 Steppin' Out Awards

PLEASANTON, Calif. --(Business Wire)-- Zoho, a leading provider of Web-based applications for collaborative business, has been named a finalist for the 2007 Steppin' Out Awards, Vendor category. CRM guru Paul Greenberg presents Steppin' Out Awards to companies with the potential to significantly impact the direction of business within their marketplace. Zoho's nomination is based on its customer-centric focus, constant innovation, and comprehensive and "remarkably inexpensive" Office 2.0 suite.

"These guys are poised to provide an entire small business ecosystem that involves collaborative tools for customer/small business collaboration," said Greenberg, referring to Zoho in his CRM blog. "In other words - a platform and an environment all within a remarkably inexpensive model that works for the small business market with certainty. They get the 2.0 world that we're dealing with now, so they get how to handle the new generations of customers and business people - which puts them ahead of most of the companies that vie for the small business space. They are constantly innovating with new ideas for products and services."

Zoho evangelist Raju Vegesna said, "Our product innovation is motivated by customer feedback, which has led to an excellent community of Zoho users. Our teams strive to earn our customers' business and their trust, so they'll keep coming back to us. This nomination is great because as a CRM industry thought leader, Paul brings another level of recognition and validation to our efforts by making us a Steppin' Out Award finalist."

Other finalists, in alphabetical order, include: Microsoft, Neighborhood America, NetSuite, Rearden Commerce and salesforce.com. The winner will be announced May 3, 2007.
