For Leadership Excellence:

Alcatel (now Alcatel-Lucent), the global communications provider, for its company-wide manager training focused on leadership skills for global environment.

Digitas Inc., a digital and direct marketing company, for strategic business training for up-and-coming executives.

Philips Ultrasound, a supplier of medical devices and diagnostic technologies, for leadership training tied to business challenges and profitability.

For Organizational Management Excellence:

Caterpillar Inc., a major manufacturer of construction equipment, for operational effectiveness and efficiency of Caterpillar University.

Symantec Corp., a global provider of infrastructure software, for its technical support training.

For Initiative Excellence:

Institute of Nuclear Power Operations (INPO), the nuclear power industry's self-regulatory body, for the revamping of its learning and development program.

MetLife, provider of insurance and financial services, for a major transition in its corporate learning strategy and platform.

Saks, Inc., a retailer with more than 240 stores, for its merchandise manager training.
