(Thai Press Reports Via Thomson Dialog NewsEdge)Section: Regional News - Vietnam and Japan began their second study session in Tokyo on April 26 to explore the possibility of signing a bilateral free trade agreement (FTA).

Japan has set a target of concluding the feasibility study to launch formal FTA talks later this year, a Japanese official said at the three-day meeting.
