IPCC Chairman Applauds Appointment of Kevin Martin as FCC Chairman


FREMONT, Calif. --(Business Wire)-- March 22, 2005 -- The International Packet Communications Consortium (IPCC) announced today its support of President Bush's appointment of Kevin Martin as Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
