NORWALK, Conn. --(Business Wire)-- Nov. 8, 2004 -- Steve Simon, executive vice president for research and development at mPhase Technologies (OTC:XDSL) will discuss the company's recent achievements in nanobattery development at the Nano2004 Conference being held November 11-12 at the Wyndham Inner Harbor, Baltimore, Md.

Simon, who holds patents involving nano battery cell offerings, will speak at the "Power and Energy Applications" Panel, 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 12 (International Ballroom A & B). Simon is overseeing commercialization of a nanobattery that is based on a discovery that liquid droplets of electrolyte will stay in a dormant state atop microscopic structures called "nanograss" until stimulated to flow, thereby triggering a reaction producing electricity.

Accredited media interested in an interview may contact Sam Gronner, 201-592-7896 ([email protected]) to schedule an appointment. As a Silver Corporate Sponsor of the event, mPhase will also maintain an information booth for the duration of the conference.
