WVT Communications Group Declares DividendDec 06, 2012 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- The Board of Directors of Warwick Valley Telephone Company declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.27 per share on the Company's common stock. In a release dated Dec. 3, the Company said that the dividend is payable on Dec. 27, to shareholders of record as of Dec. 17. In addition, the Board of Directors declared the regular quarterly dividend of $1.25 per share on the outstanding 5,000 shares of the Company's 5 percent preferred shares to be paid on Dec. 27, to shareholders of record as of Dec. 17.
