LOS ANGELES, Feb. 28, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Technology expert Udo Eberlein, former CEO of Good To Go and Nero, has joined leading retained executive search firm Morgan Samuels as Senior Client Partner. Leveraging his vast experience in scaling technology companies, Mr. Eberlein will co-lead Morgan Samuels' Emerging Products practice, partnering closely with Monica Bua. Based out of Sausalito, California, Mr. Eberlein will continue to expand Morgan Samuels' presence in the Silicon Valley market.

Mr. Eberlein comes to Morgan Samuels from Auckland Partners where he led their Bay Area office as Associated Partner, focusing on bringing Silicon Valley innovation and best practices to German midcap companies, ultimately speeding up their digital innovation and transformation. He was also the Co-Founder of Good to Go, Inc., a mobile platform for consumers delivering the benefits of e-commerce technology to offline retailers and brands. Prior to Auckland Partners and Good to Go, Mr. Eberlein served as the Chief Revenue Officer at Greenwave Systems, Inc., an Internet of Things Platform provider.

Over the course of his career, he has led private equity and venture-backed companies across Europe, the US and Asia and was instrumental in ramping up Nero, a consumer software company globally, as President, COO and CEO. He has also advised several Fortune 100 companies on their organizational design, product, sales and go-to-market strategies. He has spoken at different industry conferences such as Digital Hollywood, Consumer Electronics Show (CES) and Connections.


Mr. Eberlein holds a Master's Degree in Logistics and Business Administration from the German Academy of Business in Stuttgart, Germany.
