('Mentor) of Calgary, Alberta. The acquisition provides both Trapeze Group and its sister company, AssetWorks, with an expanded enterprise solution portfolio for their respective markets. Mentor provides fleet management hardware and mobile workforce management solutions to the Passenger Transport industry. These solutions complement Trapeze's existing enterprise solutions portfolio providing tight integration with in-vehicle hardware and back-office systems. In addition, Mentor has a field service/vehicle asset tracking solution to serve fleet-based industries in Oil & Gas, Construction and Waste, among others.
