Top National Professional Network, ProVisors, Launches First National Networking Day, to its 6,000+ Trusted Advisor Members with Guest Speaker: Earvin "Magic" Johnson

ProVisors, one the largest and oldest national business networking organizations exclusively for trusted advisors including attorneys, accountants, financial and insurance advisors and a variety of other business consultants, will host its first National Networking Day for its 6,000-plus members on September 30, 2020. The headline speaker for the virtual event is Earvin "Magic" Johnson, one of the world's greatest basketball legends, successful entrepreneur, philanthropist and motivational speaker.

"Advisors make their living by giving and getting referrals from other trusted advisors, and ProVisors' network has for years been an important source of new business for its members," said Matt Toledo, CEO of ProVisors. "Despite COVID-19, our members report the value of their membership has been amplified and a critical source for new business."

Since the pandemic hit, ProVisors pivoted to virtual meetings overnight and instead of pausing its 2020 expansion plans, ProVisors is opening 5 member groups in Dallas and New York and expanded its membership in new markets that opened last year in Seattle and Atlanta. The expansion and the ability for members to attend meetings virtually, has brought nw opportunities to members, who are now gaining connections and potential referrals in major cities throughout the U.S. and are no longer limited to their own 30 plus person groups or geography.

ProVisors' National Networking Day is a members-only program where featured speaker, Earvin 'Magic' Johnson will have a conversation with ProVisors; CEO, Matt Toledo, on what made him successful on the court and now in the boardroom. During the event, members will also hear from ProVisors Power Networkers who will share their tips for building their new business pipelines. For example, attorney power networkers report that 40 to 50 percent of new legal matters comes from referrals from their network. Members learn to adhere to professional service business protocols such as the two-way street -- you should give as many referrals as you get. The focus for this year's groups is to allow for a greater depth of appreciation and understanding of each professional's expertise, learned experience and character, especially during the pandemic.

Members are vetted and invited join ProVisors for $1,800 a year to harness the power of networking and the opportunity to earn valuable business referrals. Members remain an average of five years developing lifelong friendships, which become harder to form due the heavy career demands of their careers in litigation, bankruptcy, trust and estates, intellectual property, money management, accounting and more.

"The silver lining of the pandemic for our organization is that members no longer need to travel and take time away from their business to expand their business relationships nationally to all 13 of our regions. The pandemic has also brought a 100 percent acceptance that members can and do meet anytime, anywhere through Zoom or other platforms. It's been a happy surprise that all of us, regardless of age, are adapting and thriving."
