Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. Announces Results of Annual Meeting of Stockholders

Take-Two Interactive Software (News - Alert), Inc. (NASDAQ: TTWO) (the "Company") announced the results of the stockholder vote at its Annual Meeting of Stockholders held today.

The following directors were elected:

• Strauss Zelnick, Chairman;
• Michael Dornemann;
• Roland Hernandez*;
• J Moses;
• Michael Sheresky;
• LaVerne Srinivasan;
• Susan Tolson;
• Paul Viera.

In addition, the Company's stockholders:

• Approved, on a non-binding advisory basis, the compensation of the Company's "named executive officers";
• Ratified the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2020.

*The election of Roland Hernandez marks the beginning of his service on the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Hernandez is the Founding Principal and Chief Executive Officer of Hernandez Media Ventures, a privately held company engaged in the acquisition and management of media assets. He has served in this capacity since January 2001. Before founding Hernandez Media Ventures, Mr. Hernandez served as Chairman of Telemundo Group, Inc., a Spanish-language televsion and entertainment company, from 1998 to 2000 and as President and Chief Executive Officer from 1995 to 2000. In addition, Mr. Hernandez currently serves on the boards of Fox Corporation, MGM Resorts International, and US Bancorp. Mr. Hernandez also currently serves on the board of directors of Vail Resorts, for which he will not stand for re-election at the end of his current term. Mr. Hernandez serves on the advisory board of Harvard Law School. Previously, he served on the boards of Belmond, Ltd., Sony Corporation and Walmart Inc.
