Sky-mobi Limited Announces Results of Annual General Meeting


HANGZHOU, China, Dec 14, 2012 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) -- Sky-mobi Limited ("Sky-mobi" or the "Company") (Nasdaq:MOBI), a leading mobile application store and mobile social network community operator in China, today announced that the following ordinary resolutions were adopted at its 2012 annual general meeting, which was held today, December 14, 2012, in Macau: 1. the re-election of Mr. Kui Zhou as a Class B director of the Company; 2. the re-election of Mr. Wei Zhou as a Class B director of the Company; and 3. the appointment of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2013.



The shareholders also authorized Mr. Michael Tao Song to take any action to effect the foregoing resolutions.
