ShoreTel Gets 2008 IP Contact Center Technology Pioneer Award

ShoreTel, a provider of Pure IP Unified Communications (UC) solutions,
announced that it received the Technology Marketing Corp.'s Customer
Interaction Solutions magazine 2008 IP Contact Center Technology
Pioneer Award for ShoreTel's ShoreWare v4.66.
