Roamware Launches New International Subscriber Identity Ecosystem

Feb 28, 2013 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Roamware, Inc. announced the launch of CloudSIM, an international subscriber identity ecosystem that helps Mobile Operators and MVNOs offer attractive roaming rates to international travelers on their home numbers.

Roamware reported that CloudSIM is a Roamware powered ecosystem that connects a network of Hub operators who provide IMSIs (International Mobile Subscriber Identity) for regions around the world with Client Operators who offer these IMSIs on SIMs to subscribers who want to travel to those regions. CloudSIM helps operators retain subscribers, who either switch off their phones while roaming, buy temporary SIM cards, use local Wi-Fi or go for OTT applications.

"CloudSIM is a game changer. With the global traveler count crossing 1 Billion, Mobile Operators and MVNOs are looking to provide travelers with competitive roaming rates vis-a-vis non-operator solutions. Roamware's CloudSIM helps operators retain roaming subscribers, improve revenue and offer a seamless roaming experience on the subscriber home number. With our traditional MNO platform and the recently acquired MVNE platform, we can offer the power of this ecosystem to more than 1000 networks around the world. We have launched the ecosystem around the world," said Ori Sasson, Chairman & CEO, Roamware Inc.

Roamware is a provider of mobile operator service solutions.
