Q-nomy Inc. Launches Q-Market, World's First App Market Dedicated to Omnichannel Customer Journey Optimization

Q-nomy, the pioneer in omnichannel customer journey software and experience optimization solutions, today announced it has launched Q-Market, the first app market dedicated to omnichannel, customer journey optimization apps. With Q-market, customers and partners can install and leverage apps that enhance the customer experience in innovative ways.

Aimed at mid-to-large-sized enterprise customers as well as developers, Q-Market apps are pre-packaged for easy install, usage and maintenance. They are also created as customizable apps to enhance Q-Flow, Q-nomy's flagship omnichannel business processes and customer journey optimization platform to improve its customer processes and to extend its capabilities in multiple ways.

  • Video Call Manager: lets agents initiate and receive scheduled and unscheduled video calls with customers directly from both the familiar Q-Flow Service Console, as well as other consoles.
