Public Relations Association of the Southwest announces award winnersJun 28, 2013 (El Paso Times - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) -- The Public Relations Association of the Southwest had its annual Rio Awards Dinner recently."The Rio Awards provide a venue to showcase the outstanding work that our local public relations professionals have done while recognizing their efforts in strengthening the communication and relationship the public has with our local nonprofit, educational, government and corporate organizations," said Chris Lechuga, association president.
