PropertyHistory.us.org Announces Major Social Media Initiative

Stockton, CA, Feb 15, 2013 (PRWeb.com via COMTEX) -- PropertyHistory.us.org will be launching a massive social media and online customer service campaign in 2013, company officials said yesterday.

"We want to find as many ways to interact with our customers as possible," said company spokesman Josh Fraser. "Allowing them to contact us via social media points is essential in the current technological climate." The company will start out by launching a customer service blog, Fraser said. The blog will give helpful advice on real estate related topics and keep people up to date on their ongoing customer service initiatives.

"Once we have that up and running, we will then enter the social media sphere through Facebook, Twitter and other sites that customers are comfortable interacting with," Fraser said. "This way, we are not just an anonymous call center. We are an interactive company that customers can communicate with at their convenience." The company will also begin optimizing their site and customer service organization for smart phones, tablets and other mobile devices, Fraser said.

"We have to move away from a model based on people calling us on their phones or reaching out to us through their desktops," Fraser said. "That's not the way people deal with customer service or e-commerce companies in 2013. We have to advance our customer service initiatives with the times." The social media, blog and mobile device roll-outs will take several weeks to become live, Fraser said.

"We'll make sure we've ironed out all the possible bugs and glitches before we are up and running," Fraser said. "We want this to be a flawless customer service upgrade."
