Kline Hill Partners Adds Raudel Yanez as Managing Director, Strengthens Firm's GP-Led Sourcing Capabilities in North AmericaKline Hill Partners ("Kline Hill), a leading small-deal focused private equity secondaries firm, today announced the addition of Raudel Yanez as Managing Director who will focus on GP-led transactions in North America. Mr. Yanez will work collaboratively with a bicontinental team targeting GP-leds, including David Swanson, Managing Director and Zurich-based Elena Laleh, Managing Director, to proactively originate, analyze and structure GP-led and continuation fund investment opportunities. Mr. Yanez extends Kline Hill's depth in top caliber talent and brings substantial secondary transaction structuring, origination, due diligence, execution and syndication experience to his role at Kline Hill having evaluated and reviewed $20+billion in transactions in his most recent position before joining the firm. He has led numerous GP-led, spinout and asset purchase transactions and investment processes, including for structured equity, credit, and growth portfolios over the last few years. Mr. Yanez joins as Kline Hill continues to strategically expand its talent with the addition of proven secondaries transaction specialists in the U.S. and Europe. Kline Hill closed more than 85 transactions in 2021 and with a growing team set to surpass 40 professionals. Before that, he was an Investment Manager at Coller Capital where he led teams in the evaluation, due diligence and execution of secondary private equity investments, and had responsibilities for origination and relationship coverage of US targets; he also focused on the firm's Latin American coverage among other responsibilities. Mr Yanez is a graduate of Harvard University and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
